Astaro Appoints New Board Member and Chief Financial Officer

Reading, UK – Astaro Corporation, the leading European UTM vendor, announced that it has supplemented its management team with Frank Nellissen, an experienced senior executive with extensive financial, operational and business management experience. Previously with a publicly listed Industry Holding Company as Chief Financial Officer, Frank Nellissen now takes over the position of Chief Financial Officer at Astaro.

Frank Nellissen is responsible for finance, internal IT and HR, and has broad experience in financial, operational and business management with a wide spectrum of organizations. He joined Astaro from CfC Industriebeteiligungen, where he served as Managing Director / CFO since 2007. Prior to this position, Frank held the position of CEO at Consumer Imaging specialist AgfaPhoto. Before that, he served as CFO for the Online Business of Arcor, the fixed-line broadband business of UK’s Vodafone group. In addition to Master's degrees in economics and business administration, Frank Nellissen also holds a PhD in economics.
